One of the reasons I offer in home personal training, is because I know
that there are many people who don’t have the time to travel to a gym or may
feel uncomfortable in that type of environment. I wanted to provide a way for those
folks to have top quality fitness in the privacy of their own homes.

The Powerbase® (portable strength training system
based on elastic resistance), BOSU® balance trainer,
stability ball, dumbbells, individual elastic resistance tubing (w/ door
anchors), individual elastic resistance bands (flat resistance bands), medicine
balls, an exercise mat, blocks and strap, push-up bars, and a full size club
quality aerobic step.

The
above pictures are just a small sample of the equipment utilized. We
also use agility rings, agility ladders, agility cones, Soft leather
style medicine balls, Slastix covered resistance tubing, mini-bands,
various foam rollers, “The Stick” and “Tiger Tail”. Our equipment
inventory is updated on a regular basis as suitable equipment becomes
available in order to provide the most up to date and effective
functional training tools for our clients.
The only equipment required of you is a good pair of athletic shoes and
comfortable workout attire. I incorporate many types of aerobic exercises that
can be modified to any level of fitness. Of course walking is always a great
option as well if the weather allows and the terrain is suitable to one’s level
of fitness.
Of course, if a client has a treadmill, elliptical or exercise bike at their
home, that can certainly be incorporated that as well.
